2020 PROJECT: “CLEAN PRODUCTION”

The companies participating in the most recent editions have the opportunity to apply the analysis criteria required by ISO 16232 to products and production processes with an ISO 17025 accredited methodology, since Unilab Srl was recently recognized as the 1st Italian laboratory accredited LAB 1634 for contamination tests according to the UNI EN 16232 standard, for micrographic examinations and for Vickers HV10 hardness tests.

Following the kick-off meeting, a ‘two day’ was held dedicated to basic technical training, the second of the four articulated phases of the project which was followed by other collaborative activities of technical analysis, execution of laboratory tests and inter-laboratory comparison.

The 2020 edition sees the following companies as protagonists:

  • Fluid-o-tech: leading Italian company for quality and innovation in the design and production of volumetric pumps and fluid management systems for the foodservice, medical, industrial, automotive and other sectors.
  • Oleodinamica Marchesini: company that is a point of reference for the market of products and components in the hydraulic field. The group is made up of three companies, Oleodinamica Marchesini, Oleodinamica 2MP and Naldoni e Biondi. Companies with a long history in their reference market, today together to offer even more advanced products and services to their customers.

Participation in the next edition will be a step forward to increase technological knowledge, innovations in the regulatory field, the exchange between companies with the same problems, given that:

  • We are the 1st national laboratory that has obtained accreditation according to ISO EN 17025 for the execution of Industrial Contamination tests in compliance with ISO 16232, the sector’s reference standards.
  • We have a vast database of field tests, both product and environmental, with which participants will be able to compare themselves to evaluate their own “status” of contamination with respect to average values ​​recorded in different production areas
  • We offer an improvement in the efficiency of the production system, training and updating of the personnel involved, increasing the quality and company competitiveness
  • The training activity may include the regulatory updates, both in the ISO and VDA fields, which have been foreseen during 2017
