We conduct verification cycles both starting from design specifications as well as directly from the CAD model. We have measuring machines with both fixed and rotating scanning heads.
Our support starts from the correct interpretation of the requirements detailed in the design and extends right through to creating a dimensional report containing all the required metrological characteristics. If necessary, we can partner you in the design of bespoke workholding equipment, both for single components and pallet systems (multiple-piece) to enable you to optimise work throughput to the full.
Programming can be done either by laboratory equipment or on-site at your premises.
